As used in this subpart:
(1) Grantmaking entity The term grantmaking entity means an organization described in section
12523 (a) of this title.
(2) School-based The term
school-based means based in an elementary
school or a secondary
school.
(3) Student Notwithstanding section
12511 (29) of this title, the term
student means an individual who is enrolled in an elementary or secondary
school on a full- or part-time basis.
