(a) General.— The following amounts may be appropriated to the Secretary of Transportation:
(1) not more than $15,000,000 to carry out section
5562 (a)(1) and (3) of this title.
(2) not more than $2,500,000 to carry out section
5562 (a)(2) of this title.
(3) not more than $2,500,000 to carry out section
5562 (a)(4) of this title.
