There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section
$276,200,000 for fiscal year 2008, and such sums as may be necessary for each of the 2 succeeding fiscal years, of which
(1) $151,200,000 shall be available to carry out section
9813 of this title for fiscal year 2008 and each succeeding fiscal year; and
(2) $125,000,000 shall be available to carry out section
9814 of this title for fiscal year 2008 and each succeeding fiscal year.
