(a) Gallaudet University There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 1998 through 2003 to carry out the provisions of subchapter I of this chapter and this subchapter, relating to
(1) Gallaudet University;
(2) Kendall Demonstration Elementary School; and
(3) the Model Secondary School for the Deaf.
