450ss–7 of this title:
(1) Foundation The term Foundation means the Oklahoma City National Memorial Foundation, a not-for-profit corporation that is
(B) exempt from taxation under section 501(a) of such title; and
(C) dedicated to the support of the Memorial.
(2) Memorial The term Memorial means the Oklahoma City National Memorial designated under section
450ss–2 (a) of this title.
(3) Secretary
The term Secretary means the Secretary of the Interior.
(4) Trust
The term Trust means the Oklahoma City National Memorial Trust.
