THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE A FINAL PBS IT STRATEGIC PLAN BASED ON BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE TASKS PROVIDED BELOW. THE TASKS BELOW WILL BE SEPARATED INTO TWO PHASES. PHASE I WILL INCLUDE TASKS 1-4. PHASE II WILL INCLUDE ALL REMAINING TASKS. FOR ALL TASKS, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PREPARE WRITTEN PLANS THAT IDENTIFY THE DETAILED STEPS FOR COMPLETING THESE TASKS. THE PROJECT MANAGER WILL PROVIDE SPECIFIC TASKING VIA E-MAIL WITH A COPY TO THE COTR.
