36 USC 150901 - Organization

(a) Federal Charter.— 
National Council on Radiation Protection and Measurements (in this chapter, the corporation) is a federally chartered corporation.

(b) Perpetual Existence.— 
Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
