DISMISSED.
Before DONALD RUSSELL and K.K. HALL, Circuit Judges, and BUTZNER, Senior Circuit Judge.
OPINION
PER CURIAM:
Vanille Brown-Brunson and Alexander Brunson, Sr., appeal from: (1) the district court's order denying their motion for summary judgment as to two counts of their seven-count employment discrimination complaint; (2) the district court's denial of their motion for reassignment of the judge and magistrate; (3) the district court's denial of their motion to have all relevant documents contained in the case file copied at government expense; and, (4) seven district court orders granting the motions to dismiss of defendants Wood, Burdick, Riddix, Jasmin, Martin, a group of defendants identified collectively as the "state defendants," the Maryland State Teachers' Association ("MSTA") defendants, and the Teachers Association of Baltimore County ("TABCO") defendants. These appeals have been consolidated.
The state defendants, MSTA and TABCO defendants, defendant Baltimore County Board of Education, and several individual defendants, have filed a total of five motions with this Court asking that the plaintiffs' appeals be dismissed as interlocutory.
The district court has entered no final decision in this case. These appeals are therefore interlocutory. Moreover, the district court has not directed entry of final judgment as to particular claims or parties under Fed.R.Civ.P. 54(b), nor is the order appealable under the provisions of 28 U.S.C. Sec. 1292. Finally, the order is not appealable as a collateral order under Cohen v. Beneficial Industrial Loan Corp., 337 U.S. 541 (1949).
Hence, this Court is without jurisdiction. Accordingly, we dismiss these appeals.* We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
DISMISSED.
The defendants' motions requesting dismissal are granted. The appellant's motion to expedite is denied
