Catherine Curtis Blake, Office of the United States Attorney, Baltimore, for appellee.
D.Md.
AFFIRMED.
Before PHILLIPS, CHAPMAN and WILKINSON, Circuit Judges.
PER CURIAM:
Melvin Meredith appeals from the district court's order refusing relief under 28 U.S.C. Sec. 2255. Rubin Parker appeals from the district court's denial of his Fed.R.Crim.P. 35 motion for correction of sentence. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that these appeals are without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. United States v. Meredith, CR No. 85-541-S; C/A No. 89-2366-S (D.Md. Aug. 28, 1989); United States v. Parker, CR No. 85-541-S (D.Md. Oct. 3, 1989). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED.
