United States Court of Appeals,

Submitted: February 8, 1993.
Decided: November 10, 1993.

Appeal from the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia, at Roanoke.

Herman M. Via, Sr., Appellant Pro Se.

Richard Albert Lloret, Office of the United States Attorney, Roanoke, Virginia, for Appellee.

W.D.Va.

AFFIRMED.

Before WIDENER and WILKINS, Circuit Judges, and SPROUSE, Senior Circuit Judge.

PER CURIAM:

OPINION

1

Herman M. Via, Sr., appeals from the district court's order forfeiting his automobile pursuant to 21 U.S.C. § 881 (1988 & Supp. II 1990). Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. United States v. Via, No. CA-88-477R (W.D. Va. Aug. 18, 1992). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
