NOTICE: Federal Circuit Local Rule 47.6(b) states that opinions and orders which are designated as not citable as precedent shall not be employed or cited as precedent. Before MICHEL, Circuit Judge, BENNETT, Senior Circuit Judge, and LOURIE, Circuit Judge.
ON PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS
ORDER
MICHEL, Circuit Judge.
Kurt Looper petitions for a writ of mandamus* to direct the Office of Special Counsel to respond to his Freedom of Information Act request and other inquiries.
Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Sec. 1295(a)(9), this court has jurisdiction to review decisions of the Merit Systems Protection Board. Thus, this court has the authority to review a petition for a writ of mandamus from a party who is before the Board. 28 U.S.C. Sec. 1651 (a court may issue a writ necessary or appropriate in aid of its jurisdiction). However, this court has no jurisdiction to review a decision of OSC and has no supervisory jurisdiction over OSC. Hence, this court has no jurisdiction to review Looper's petition.
Accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
Looper's petition is dismissed.
Looper also has a case pending before this court, appeal no. 93-3418
