No. 96-50693.
United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.

NOTICE: Ninth Circuit Rule 36-3 provides that dispositions other than opinions or orders designated for publication are not precedential and should not be cited except when relevant under the doctrines of law of the case, res judicata, or collateral estoppel.
Appeal from the United States District Court for the Central District of California Consuelo B. Marshall, District Judge, Presiding
Before: HALL, BRUNETTI, and THOMAS, Circuit Judges.
MEMORANDUM*
Jin Kim appeals his conviction and sentence, after a guilty plea, for escape from the Federal Prison Camp at Boron, California, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 751(a). His counsel submitted a brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), and a motion to withdraw as counsel of record. Our independent review of the record discloses no issues for review. Accordingly, we grant counsel's motion to withdraw and affirm the district court's judgment.
AFFIRMED.
